It seems to be the range, its not far enough to allow the hellfire to attack approaching threat
EDIT:
basically I just give the scout drone w/ an avenger target desigantor weapon, what happens that it doesn't continously point to the target is this a normal effect due to the reason i'm using the scout drone?
