Does anyone know how to make it so you can buy an ability. I would like my control tower to be able to purchase a number of abilities, such as carpet bombing for $5000. It would be fireable from the control tower only, and it would not be able to fire if the tower was taken out or offline. You would not have to purchase it again if the tower is destroyed.

I know it would be by dummy objects, but how?
