I'd try and help myself, but, i'm not all that good at mapping.
although i can answer that number 2 is impossable, its the annoying difference between AI. Human players build 1 item per tab, meaning they can build 2 things from a construction yard, but no matter how many war factories they have they only build 1 unit at a time. AI builds 1 unit per factory, meaning they can only build 1 building at a time, no matter what tab its on, but if you give them 2 war factories, they build 2 units at a time.
do not give them 2 construction yards though, it kinda causes havoc.
