Im kinda lost myself...but from what i hear i think you are going IHM's route...I think you gonna wanna make that tower able to buy the carpet bombing upgrade, then have the upgrade linked to a special power, OCL, and Command Button...but from what i hear you either want a superweapon or an Upgrade...
