believe me: every modder wants to reach this but only a few get it. The most popular reason why many mods are never finished is time management.

Flyby is right when he says you can be lucky to get 1 complete model in one week -- and you will come to a point when you need new models because you don't find them in other mods or you didn't get permission to use it for your own...

So stop dreaming and set realistic aims for the future. It's simply not possible to create 6 complete sides with new models, cameos, coding, AI, maybe new UI for each side and all this stuff. Look, one building in generals needs a lot of 3d models - the main building, additional stuff e.g. with extra animation, build fences, build process stuff, night and snow models, 2 states of damaged models etc. etc.
Then the skin part follows and a good skin takes a long time before it's finished, more than the model itself. And before you can start you'll need concepts of what you or your helpers want to design.

IMO you mod will take at least 3 years, don't forget testing, AI-implementation, bug-search etc.

//EDIT: omg, ok. And now I read you wonna introduce new campaigns, challenges etc. Ok, I said 3 years at least? Now I say 4 years as a minimum.
