Crisis is behind prosperity around the world. As the rapid growing of the world economy, the oil consumption exceeded the expectation so far, then the world's oil reserves will be exhausted in the near future. However, the oil deposits are firmly in the hands of the western oil monopolies. Those monopolies have controlled the oil exploitations in the petroleum export countries so that they not only ignore the requests of CPEC to reduce production but also expedite the transfer of crude oil from oil fields to the strategic oil reserves of the developed countries. the immoderate exploitation and the unreasonable distribution of benefits by the western oil monopolies, which CPCE called "predatory behavior", will cause a big crisis in the foreseeable future.
