Version 0.21 is uploaded now.
It fixes a memory leak and adds a progress bar. It also fixes a problem with some decompressed files being much too long. If the old version was crashing on you, try the new version. Actually you should try this new version regardless, since the bug fixes are important ones.
It does create text files for all the files, but it doesn't YET allow you to mod most of those text files. You CAN mod the ini files, lua file, str file (maybe only on the demo?), skudef files, tga files, and cdata files (the loading screens, logos, intel images, etc).
The next version will allow you to convert the text files back to binary so you can modify everything. This version allows you to view everything.
