I'm going to ask the creator to stop posting here about this program, or any other he has, if he can't remove his riduclulous demands and rhetoric from the license file.
You are well entitled to your opinions, But those opinions shouldn't have anything to do with modding command and conquer, nor does it have a place on these forums.
and while I have no power to demand you do such, I would strongly suggest you find another name for your product
