i hope i am 'FINALLY' in/at the right site. i have been looking around for a few answer's and a friend of mine pointed me here.
so i shall get to the point and ask. please if you have the info do tell.

1-how can you find the 'value(s)' for 'goodie creates'? or what are the values?!
EX;health,veteranstatus,globalreveal,money,explost ion,ectect
2-where do i edit my 'INI' file, for mapping purpose?
3-where can i find the file i need to modd the game in general?
EX;modding units weapons/power.?

thats pretty much it.
i do know quiet a bit on that program been using it for a few years. but when it comes to the modding end, i know nothing and would like to start.
