Who knows when it will be out (most of us are already sick of waiting and moved on)? No offense, but I outgrew Red Alert 2. I am focused on Generals modding and playing Tiberium Wars.

I should have paid attention to the forum's directory. You're right.
To my knowledge, modders of the Red Alert 2 games (RA2 and YR) take advantage of Yuri's Revenge since it is more up-to-date. Example: Look at Mental Omega: SpeederYR used that game to add new Yuri factions, new music, and campaign missions.
I haven't used Mental Omega for months now, and I already hate to continue using it.
