Hehe... it's been a long time since I've been here. Liking the new site design, very professional.

Back in the day, I remember the new version of EE being a fortnight away from release, then just completely disappearing... what the hell happened to it? :P

Anyway Deezire, if you see this, the BFME Modding Community is still fairly popular, so if you still have the WIP around there may be some people interested in using aspects of it because you did add some nice features and I was always waiting to here what you added to the latest version.

It's so long ago I don't even remember if it was campaign compatible or not XD! I recently started playing TBFME again, so I'll try it out. BTW, are you M@tt from T3A?

Maybe :P This was the site that got me into the world of BFME Modding, back when I knew absolutely nothing.

Campaign was playable up to Amon Hen, an INI error regarding Gimli if memory serves...

I really should not remember that...

Default Quick Fix

You need to add the following to gimli.ini:

Body = RespawnBody ModuleTag_RespawnBody
CheerRadius = EMOTION_CHEER_RADIUS
MaxHealth = GIMLI_HEALTH
PermanentlyKilledByFilter = NONE
DodgePercent = 80%
End

before the line that reads:
Behavior = UnpauseSpecialPowerUpgrade ModuleTag_TheodenLeadership
(somewhere around line 240)

and the following to boromir.ini:

Body = RespawnBody ModuleTag_RespawnBody
CheerRadius = EMOTION_CHEER_RADIUS
MaxHealth = BOROMIR_HEALTH
PermanentlyKilledByFilter = NONE
DodgePercent = HERO_DODGE_PERCENT
End

before the line that reads:
Behavior = RespawnUpdate ModuleTag_RespawnUpdate
(somewhere around line 480)

I can't give you the exact line numbers as I don't have the original files handy.

If I remember correctly there is another change that needs to be made for a later
game, but this will get you passed the gimli respawn error.

If I find my note for that I'll post that later.
