Things to do in San Andreas ('till you're dead) mod problem! please help!!!
I REALLY like this mod, it's amazing and really enhances the whole San Andreas experience (it's better than GTA IV in my opinion) but I have some issues.
First, when I started a new game with my original installation of the game (patched to 1.01) the game worked perfectly and I could already tell some of the differences, but some of the cutscenes (primarily all of the cutscenes of the first mission of the game in the house where Big Smoke appears with a shotgun) HAD NO SOUND AT ALL!!! so I really figured I should probably do a fresh install (including deleting the Rockstar folder which never deletes itself after an un-installation) and try again.
I re-installed the game, this time without installing the update patch and installed the mod, now every time I start a new game the game crashes to the Desktop while on the loading screen (always at the end of the loading bar) and no matter what I do (including deleting the settings folder) the game always crashes while loading now.
The first time I ever tried the mod I remember that it crashed but I figured that I had the old "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder still in my documents so I moved it to somewhere else and then the game loaded perfectly.
But now there's no such thing in there at all and it still happens, if anyone asks yes I remembered to uncheck the main Rockstar Folder (the GTA San Andreas folder actually) "read only" option before installing the mod, does anyone know what are the other common problems with this? I really want to start the game again with this new mod but I tried installing and un-installing it like 3 times now and the same thing happens always!
I would appreciate any help!
EDIT: And yeah, I also tried the GTASA Recoverer program too but that was pretty much useless.

The installation instructions do say that you may have problems with a non-English version of the game. If this is the case, you need to uninstall GTA:SA and delete the 'GTA SA User Files' folder from My Documents (or wherever). Perform a full, clean install of GTA SA then install the mod on top of it.
If you have audio problems, replace the files GTA San Andreas\audio\config\BankLkup.ad and GTA San Andreas\audio\sfx\SCRIPT with the original ones.

Hi, no I'm using the US version and the mod works perfectly now, it's great!
But I did for some reason have to set the executable to compatibility mode for XP since I'm using Vista 64bit (but never had a problem with the game before) and it worked, stupid me didn't try it before!
But I just got another issue, every time after dating Denise (the first girlfriend) she invites CJ for coffee and I suppose the whole "hot coffee" thing is supposed to come but the screen goes black and freezes my whole computer...the only way to get out is by pressing the stand-by button on my keyboard, wait and then right click on the start menu san andreas icon and close it (saying it doesn't respond), it's happened twice now and doesn't let me progress with the girlfriend...does this have to do with the mod's Vista incompatibility too?

I have SA installed in non-default location, and neither copypasta, nor browsing with installer to that location helps - Install button is still grayed out.
Does installer looks for some particular file ?

Is there any way you can make a mod that only fixes the mission attempts problems? That would be awesome!
