Default Can't Install TTDISA!

Hello,

I've installed GTA SA on a PC with XP on it, and i got the European V2.00 of GTA SA. I've tried everything to install TTDISA on my GTA but it keeps crashing when switching from loading screen to the main screen. The screen turns black, I get the message "an error occured in gta_sa.exe" and I am redirected to my desktop. I use gtasapatch to patch my version to V1.00, then installed the mod --> didn't work. I keep reinstalling a fresh version of the game, which means uninstalling the game, deleting the Rockstar Games folder and the GTA SA User Files folder, and then reinstall the game. Patch the game to V1.00, then install the mod on top of it. It finishes installing the mod as it should, then I start a new game, and it crashes
Any suggestions on what I do wrong? I really want this mod on my SA! BTW I haven't got any other mods installed.

Anyone? Thnx

Well I think I found a possible problem: in the install manual it says "make sure to uncheck read-only in the san andreas folder". When I go to properties of this folder, I see read-only with a green square in it. I click on it, green square dissapears and I click apply. I apply it on this folder and sub-folders, and click ok. however, if i return to properties immediately again, I see that read-only has that green square again.
Anyone?

I've tried to install the mod on my laptop with Vista, and it worked without a problem. The thing is, I want to install it on my PC with XP on it, but I just can't get it to work. Is there anything that I'm doing wrong and because of that, that it keeps crashing?
Help needed lol...
