Not another "wooo first thread post"

First of all it's great to see this place isn't gone forever I really would hate to see it go.

Secondly I'd like to suggest that the site take a more general modding direction, starting new forums about game modding with the aid of a few people who have some background knowledge on the area.
For example I'd like to see a Source modding forum, I'm not too hot on the coding side of things but I'm quite handy with the mapping element of Source and how to use Hammer. I wouldn't mind writting some tutorials and guides and helping peoples with Half-Life 2 mapping problems.

Any takers?

This is, I believe, the 4th iteration I've seen of DeeZire. I was very afraid that DZ was going to disappear after the last downtime, but I am pleasently surprised to see we are still alive.

I'm going to have to agree with the idea of a general modding forum. These days the majority of modding is for FPS games. Command and Conquer just doesn't hold up as well these days, sad but true. It'd be nice to see some life breathed into good ole DeeZire.

In trying to put off writing my dissertation I thought I'd drop by and see if anything was still happening, and lo! Deezire has been reborn..Again!

Good stuff, chaps. Not too sure how often I'll be around but it's nice to see some old faces.
