Not bad,

Try reducing the polys on the body, that will free up some more for wing detail and such. Try using a poly shape instead of a cylinder.

The wings need to be thinner. Try using the bevel to taper them out after you make them thinner, this will give it a very aerodynamic look

Are you going to animate the props? That would be cool.

Well IMHO 355 Polys Isn't That High , Also I Am Aware Of It Being In The Game Already I Just Thought Of Trying To Make My Own Ver Of It.

It could use a little work. Truthfully as for the design I feel it is quite basic. A cone for a nose rather than a shaped one. EI) rounded shaped nose. This one kidna looks like those wooden building block shapse glued together. Keep working on it though.
