Getting Cameo's to Work!

I have been fiddleing with these Cameos but I can't get them to work! I have tried adding the new INI file to the "HandCreated_512" and added my pic to the Textures folder but all I get is random image in its place and yes it's a .tga .
But do I have to put it someplace else since it's not 512x512?
