Features
1. Like other CSF editors, it can open and edit CSF files.
2. Goto label function: Click on "Goto Label" button and enter Label name, eg) OBJECT:PropagandaCenter and you can edit it without having to search for it manually.
3. CSF to TXT function: When a CSF file is loaded, you can save it as TXT file.
4. TXT -> CSF function: When a CSF file is loaded, csf2txt'ed txt file can be loaded. This function will overwrite all existing items and load the items in TXT freshly.
5. Supports non-european language.
