if you know how to use bones and aniamtions, then you are quite far ...
youll need to export the mesh as YourInfantry_SKN, your bones as YourInfantry_SKL and all aniamtiosn you made as YourInfantry_anim1 (or something).
make sure to use the W3D tool in "More" section, to define your bones and mesh
When you export the mesh, export as Hierarchial Model
When you export the bones, export as Skeleton
When you export the animations, export as Pure animation
