Hey guys... I am not making a mod team, Im just looking for someone that would like to possibly make a few complete models for me as I have been struggling to make them myself and well... they look like tragic farming accidents... or very very misshapen abominations.
The units would be general infantry style. If someone has the time and doesnt mind doing it for me I would be greatful.
I've only just started (yesterday ) but I notice it isn't that difficult so if you need any help I might be able to do a little something . I'm crap at skinning, I am good with Paintshop Pro and average with Photoshop, but I just can't make a skin out of nothing and make it so that it's perfectly placed on the model.
Thanks Wicked... but the infantry is alot harder then tanks and vehicles. I generally get legs that are nto the same size or thickness... groans... that and I dont have the availability to dump massive hours per day into the program to work it all out... so my progress is alot slower to grasp as it is for some here.
even though i know squat about modelling, my (common sense) advice would be to just find a model thats similar to what you want and copy and modify that one. it would be a lot simpler than trying to make a new one.
Red that is what I have been trying to do as well. I have a modified ranger... but when I try and add things to it... well I can get it to come out in one of the side views but making it 3d is killing me.
Again I am not saying I can never learn to do it on my own... just I dont have the time to dump into the program to get it all figured out right. And I have never tried skinning so I dont even know where to start for that.
I was trying to see if someone had the time and just wanted to do it for me to do as a favor. That was all.
