No, I think thats gone Along wth the supporting code code for Prisons. The demoralize logic is still partially active though.

yes you can use the 'defactor' thing as like a psychic effect like on RA2 YR so yes you can make a Psychic Dominator like weapon if you want..and chrono maby not but I could probably pull off a iron curton maby.
