can anyone send me the original generals buttons? the ones i mean are the tank commander, airforce generals special forces general ones aswell as the china and GLA ones if u have them as i cant find them anywhere in decent quality on the web

They never made any GLA ones so you'd have to improvise. Try looking on Mad Ivans BETA site where he uploaded the textures containing them.

You might also be interested in this zip. It contains dds files which appear to be logos for each of the Generals for going on tanks or buildings.

another thing is the reason those images are so low quality is that theyve been enlarged. on a computer, when you enlarge graphics it dont create new pixels, it just makes the old one look bigger, thus making the image look distorted. to fix it, just copy and shrink the image down to what it was originally (no idea what that was though)
