Default Tiberian Sun : The Remix

I am making a tib sun tc mod, with some others.

I am definatly going to need help.

Right now I am just asking, anyone else doing a tibsun type mod?

I've heard several people are, but I've not seen anything.

Go for it dude.

You should ask Proclone if you can use his Titan. It rocks.

i might be making a Mammath MII soon...

Well I am sure my mod will stand out. All I gotta do is learn to do stuff. And add a few more "smart" peeps to my mod team.

I call it "the remix", because I am going to basically do that. And making tib sun with generals features dont hurt either.

OOH!!! Cant wait. A TS mod would be cool, but i personally would prefer a classic mod with all the features of TS, no 'remix'ed stuff as you put it, oldmfunk has a NOD soldier and GDI soldier skin on these boards somewhere that you might find useful and i insist you use Proclone's titan, it rocks.

Uhhh, thats ok, I prefere to do things the way I like em.

The Remix makes more sense, because you can do more with generals engine than you could have with the tib sun engine. even westwood would have done things differently if they could have.

Im not talking crazy different units, like a flying mammoth mk2 that shoots obelisk beams.

Im talking like, the nod soldier called "Nod Brother" who can be upgraded with cyborg implants. And when fully upgraded is the Nod cyborg. And the cyborg can target air units, like the jumpjet infantry.

This would eliminate the need for a extra infantry in the game.




Oh and can I have a link to Pro's Titan?

True, you could also include all the things that were planned for the game but never made it to the final vut.

I dont know, its a good idea, but perhaps the cyborg should be the upgradable one, it just makes more sense that a soldier thats already semi-machine would have the sockets and plugs etc... to place the upgrades, if its possible perhaps it could work like the GLA scavengers (probably a lot of work involved to make an infantry do this tho).
