ok i have found the code

Behavior = CostModifierUpgrade ModuleTag_05
TriggeredBy = Upgrade_CostReduction
EffectKindOf = VEHICLE
Percentage = -10%
End

tht changes ALL vehicles prices is there a way to make it so tht it only changes units from a certain building or just certain units?

so ur saying if i put tht code on my war factory it will only make the units tht come out of it cheaper not EVERY unit?

I suspect that it can only refer to those classes that are defined by the "kindOf=".
If this is corrrect, you can't specify a specific unit, unles it has a unique class. Other options might be Aircraft, Salvager, Weapon salvager, Transport, but also : infantry, structure, etc, etc ...

It is up to you...
