Okay, I actually feel bad about saying that earlier... so yeah you can add upgrades to generals but it takes a lot of work and testing. Look at the current ini files for the best examples.

Red, yes you can add new upgrades... I have added myself alteast 4-5 New upgrades.

I have added several upgrades to Generals myself such as a rocket pack, flam thrower and laser cannon upgrades to the overlord if you need help look me up
