I had a quick peek at your code. This is indeed a bizare bug, as your turrets don't have matching names, but they reference the main turret.
I have the impression that all the turrets turn in the same way and do not operate independantly. Is that correct?

Default assigning individual weapons to individual turrets

As far as I know, there's a line called 'ControlledSlots' or something like that in the code that defines a tank's turret. After this is listed the weapon slots controlled by that particular turret (PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and/or TERTIARY). While this would restrict the number of turrets to three, they could each have a unique weapon. Perhaps someone could make an 40K Imperial Guard Baneblade? Primary weapon in the main turret, the two side sponsons having secondary and tertiary respectively.

actually the normal amount of turrets is restricted to 2, the Turret and AltTurret

i have not downloaded your model Ravage, however i am guessing in the INI you put Turret = Turret for the conditionstate and in the W3D model itself you have Turret01, Turret02, Turret03 and Turret04

also that isnt really a bug it is supposed to do that

a real multi-turret would use overlord logic with each overlordcontain passenger having 2 turrets and the parent tank itself have 2 turrets, that thing would have close to 20 turrets in that case...
