Default New Unit: Speed Boat with Weaponry

I have made a model of a speed boat that has a primary machine gun and a secondary rocket silo (upgrade). Here is 2 screenshots of the boat.

Now I just need help in creating a shipyard where it can only be built on water and also how to get the water vehicles to stay in the water.

You could make workers and dozers amphibious.

And I thought it was easy to make it stay on water, Something like Movement=Water but I am not sure.

look at the boat vechiles in generals ,im shure their movement area is water only.

My friend said the BattleShip movement was ground but not sure since i havent looked at it.

the only obstacle i can see is the docks beacause making the boats a water-only locomotor will be simple.
