Editing the WND Images

Hi, I have editing away at those WND's and came across a problem I don't know how to fix, I have found the Generals Logo that appears at the top of the MainMenu. And I want to change it but when I do I get a blank pic..

so I found where the picture was stored in SCUserInterface
(prob not the right file name) so I changed it there and now when I go to see it..
My pic is there but a white outline of the generals logo is still there aswell.. and I can't find any INI that controls it so any help would be appreciated.

you haev to paint something around it, can't remember. But I think Romlel knows how to fix it

So, it's easy...

just change the generals logo in "scsmshelluserinterface512_001.tga" file.
Transparency from photoshop will be used.

in SCSmShellUserInterface512.INI, you can also change configuration and take the logo from another file....
