Hmm... The only problem is it won't let me upgrade my dozers command sets so I can't build anything that requires a strategy center. Something about a "conflicting upgrade."

Hmm, works fine for me. Not to make you sound like a noob or anything but are you sure your pressing the right button? To switch between the different command sets for the dozers and the workers you press the icon on the top right of their command sets just for those who hadn't figured it out.

Yeah, actually I figured out the problem. I still had some dastardly remnants of Pro:Gen hiding in my Generals folder. As soon as they were deleted, it worked fine.

I guess that remaining elements of progen (that i cant remove for some reason ) my be causing the problem I am having.
