Default Help with gmax to generals

i HAVE MADE AN MODEL WITH THE TUTORIAL OF GMAX. IT IS A PLANE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET IT IN GENERALS. I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWERE. I AM A NOOB :tard: SO PLEASE KEEP IT EASY

you have you get the RENX game pack that was for Renegade, you can find it at the Renegade official site in mod tools, as RENX is able to export to .W3D

i have renx i can make the model and export it to w3d. But the problem is how to get it :tard: THEN :tard: in to generals. so please keep posting!!

Oh the INI work. Thats not my area.

You will have to make a INI for it. It tells the game how the unit will work what it looks like and stuff. You'll want to skin it to. But neither of those areas I am any good at.

OH!!!! that is what you want

when making a new unit you put the name of the w3d in the model= section on the Art parameters and you have to put the file into Generals/Art/w3d/yourfile.w3d
