Geometry. I'm pretty sure thats the cause, but I can't fix it myself. I've made a new model about the size of a crusader and the exact geometry from the crusaders (in FactionUnit.INI) and they still go through each other. I think you may need to do something in GMAX to define it.

It could have something to do with the GeometryMajorRadius and GeometryMinorRadius entries in factionunit.ini

yes, there are fields in FactionUnit.ini where you can define unit geometry borders

also, the w3d export in gmax w/ RenX has that option called "Optimized Collision detection", i used it, it doesnt look like it works, just a disk space waste :p

Maybe you don't know I'm the one who make that apache(actually continue from someone else work_ but I don't think it need anymore mapping work
I notice the artifact you talking about just after I put it on download and I already fix that, I turn 3dshadow back on when I replace my Geforce256 with Geforcefx.
btw thank sage_inferno who fix it for us
If anyone want I let you guys have the apache fixed Ver.

I believe I heard someone say that the colision detection is crontrolled by the ini's so seting them in RenX is a waste of time.

Not a hundred % sure, but it does make sense.
