Default Making of Mod

Im representing a team that has started a serious modification of comand and conquer generals.
We need tips and help on in several issues.
The first is coding.
The game idea is shortly as follows:
Its a short leap into the future, the global companies has grown into semi nations of their own. The game will be about gaining control over the market in a city you buy up take and take over and run the different compaies in more or less legal take overs.

anyways the biggest issues in this mod are

1: non-aligned-buildings should be abled to be captured and then used by each of the factions. These buildings will all work as any faction building in a normal game, giving cash special abilities or units.

2: resoures, we need to be able add more resource/experience counters in the game to make it all work.

3: vehicles travelling in the cities must follow the streets, can this be made with bone animtations? so that if i tell a vehicle with thugs to go to a company the vehicle will travel along the streets in tune with the rest of the traffic and then stop at the intended building?

Any and all help is very welcomed, please help us make a great game.

erm... I'm a little congused, if you aint making a war game why would you use a War Game engine, you might be getter off modding say Sim City or erm... I dunno Ris Of Nations might work... Generals is not an engine i would recommend for such a mod. :tard:

it is a wargame, not just as pseudo-epic as generals.
there'll be combat, but it will be on a much smaller scale.
why no give us the benefit of a doubt and help us?
