I found the mlrs it is acually a mrls it is v_gdi_mrls I think or something like that.

It is called v_gdi_mrls in the always.dat for renegade. It isn't that hover thing from tibeium sun if that was what you were looking for.

I tried to use the xcc mixer to open the file, but as soon as i clicked on the .exe to open the program, it freezes, and i have to close it

I also tried to use a program called unmix to open it, but it doesnt put the files it unmixes any where, and i dont know how to set the taget directory for it to put the files into

hmm download the newest version of xcc mixer and paste it over it or if you have it in a zip just paste it over it that happens to me sometimes.
