Default W3D ---> .gmax

hey everyone!
I'm working on my mod (http://www.geocities.com/an_act_of_war/ ), and I'd like to edit some of the existing models, as I'm still working on perfecting my first model (a U.S. Paladin artillary, the REAL Paladin.). Does anyone know how I can convert .w3d to .gmax? Thanks!

You have to set it up, or atleast I did. Took me ages to get it to appear correctly in the right place.
