Does anyone know of ways to:

1) Convert (or resimulate) replays into a form which can be broken down into movie files.

2) A model resimulation program like worldbuilder, except you can drag units on and watch them perform various actions (so I could record an onscreen demo).

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

1) I think it's not possible, but what is possible is to take a program that record all that is done on the screen and makes it into a movie in avi format or something else... if you want I have that program... don't remember where I got it from.. I mean that I don't remember the link...
So I can send it to you but it's not free software so you must register if you don't want the little black line in the middle of the movie... but you can still record movies even if it's not registered...

But do you know of any model tools (in which you can animate the models you've made)?

Or, instead of paying money for a program that runs in the background, if you have a digital camera you could just set your shutter speed to your moniter and record with that. Save it with your editing program in quicktime format. That's certainly what I'd do.
