Default Location of modified files

Err....where do you put modified ini files again? I tried searching the forum but I can't find it. :S

Oh. I didn't have the /object/ bit which is probably why it didn't work...... :s

The "Object\" part is only for certain files.

D:\Generals\Data\INI\CommandSet.ini - is the location of the cammand bar file.
D:\Generals\Data\INI\Object\FactionUnit.ini - is the location of my units file.

As you can see the "Object\" is extra for that file.


You have to find change the varibles your self. My Gen folder is on my D drive, yous might be the default C:\program files\Generals folder. The directory structure should be simple enough to work out.

I've just noticed that in XCC Universal Container Reader it actually sort of tells you where to put them.... :S
