Default Some weird civilian building thing I tried...

The other day I was trying to find a way to make civilian buildings so that they never are completely destroyed. Basically using a variation of the gla hole logic(not the tunnel, but the hole left over that rebuilds itself after it is blown up once). Anyways I basically copied over some of the code from one of the gla buildings, and put it on a civilian building. I went ingame, blew up the civilian building...and the gla hole image showed up. However, after a few min the came crashed, I couldn't repair the building(since it wasn't mine in the first place either). Anyone play with something like this before?

--My reasons for this is that in Blitz2, you get your money from holding civilian buildings....and if they all get blown up, the gameplay suffers. I basically want it so when the civilian buildings are blown up, it leaves a gla hole-like building...and I could bring an engineer over to repair it(basically rebuilding the building).

Is that even possible(the engineer repairing part)?

Yea, the only problem is that to repair things, I believe that you need to own them first. But, how did they have the bridges be repaired back in the alpha versions of the game then?

The other version is to somehow have the buildings repair themselves...but that would just be weird.
