Default people with high grade skills needed

Hey, I am looking to add the prism tank, rhino tank, apocalypse tank and grizzly tank, using the un used models from renegade 2. I have done tests with the models already, and they work fine, with very little slowdown with large numbers built. I can do the code, but i cant skin or UV map them

Some already have skins, but they are low quality, and arent very good. I have posted a pic of the prism tank for you to look at. What i need to get these ready for use in generals, is some new skins, new UV maps, and code. I can manage the code, but not the skins or the UV maps.

they are realy high polygon unit.
uvmapping 10000 polys aint nobodys dreams
suggest remaking them.

okay, well the prism tank is the only one that needs uv mapping, and it may already have one, but i dont know how to check if it does or not. if it doesnt have one, ill re-make it, and will probably end up taking this further, and end up joining a mod team making a RA2 TC for generals

BAD idea.. remake them. They are WAY to highpoly. Made for a action game NOT a strat. If you think it runs bad on your comp, think how it will lag on older computers, and online.

okay, i am running a 1.8 ghz p4 and a old geforce2, and i uffered little lag with a totoal poly count of a little over 80000. There are some things you should know about the sage engine and polys. First, only high poly animated models and particle FX will lag your computer, second, the lag for a non animated high poly unit is only when the unit is fist built. The prism tank is the only model with a poly count of over about 5000, the rest are below that. As for where i got them, go here: http://www.cnc-source.com/files/pafi...on=file&id=267 there are many more models in there, including 2 helicopters, and new base walls for each side.

5000 polys Im starting to learn how to skin only problem is I cant find a good bmp converter. I did download TEXTPORTER but it doesnt work with GMAX so if anyone is able to find me a good converter then Ill do the skin.
