Default how can I make unique generals ???

OK, I have created some special units and they work completely in-game.
The only thing is I want to create this situation:
When the game starts you see all the "generals" buildable in your CommandCenter (I have this part) but when you choose 1 (click on it to build) the other ones become unbuildable.
I would prefer to also have the commandcenter change Commandset back to its original, so the buttons dissappear completely, so you cant build a new General when your current one dies.

I'm at a LANparty right now and I wqould love to implement this SOON so we can play it

I would look at how DeeZire did it, but make a new window so you can have all sixteen different specials. That would be best IMO.

Or you could do it like Zero Hour where each General is actually a new side (just a variation on the existing ones).

Yeah, it'd make more upgrades & stuff possible. They're not completely dumb at EA .

EA are pretty much dumb they suck but on the other hand the westwood part of EA are pretty good but they get rushed wasting their ideas and stuff

DeathAngel, look at the scout drone/battle drone logic for the USA units. When one is built the other is made unavailable. Same with the Overlord's upgrades. I can't be bothered to check for the exact tag, but IIRC its "conflictswith=<upgradename>"

My god. Do you know if they are at least going to have a sub menu for Generals after you pick a side. If not they are pretty damn lazy bas... *ahem*.
It would be cool if you could select from GLA, China, USA (like original) and then a sub menu would appear where you pick a General. Would fix pro:gens in-game general selection problems and wouldnt clutter up the side selection menu.
