How to convert TGA -> DDS

I've downloaded the Paintshop Pro Plugin to import DDS-File and now I have an TGA which I want to convert to DDS.

But when I'm trying to save, I get a mass of options to select and I don't know which one I have to select for saving in DDS-Format ?

fill in no alpha dxt 1 and emulate x-box dxt 1 and save
this is for vehicles only
