Working on this one next
It converts all your tga images into one texture page to the dimensions you specify, and produces the INI file for it

I'm wondering, what program do you use to decompile it?
Or, (maybe better) what do you exactly change to the program so others can use it?

I know he edits resources to change the places the program looks for files (that's not the same between development versions and the final game) with a resource editor.
