Default RenX/gmax W3D Export Settings Help Please

I edited AIRNGR_SKN by deleting the head and making a new one and reattaching it.All that is fine, but when I export it I get all kinds of in-game issues.

The best Ive been able to get is they walk around like jesus bobbing around occasionally.

Ive tried all kinds of different settings and various tutorials, but I cant figure out how to make my infantry model work properly...any help on what export settings I need in W3D Tools would be greatly appreaciated...

Ok, maybe they can answer this then - If I import the default AIRNGR_SKN (requires AIRNGR_SKL) to RenX, and dont modify it at all, how exactly do I export it to Art/W3D and make it WORK in game?
