You just find the PSP 7 directory, and then find the plug-ins folder, and copy the DDS plugin there. It's the .8bi file.

from http://www.planetcnc.com/generals/ed...skinning.shtml

1. Download and install either the Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop program.
2. Unzip the dxt_tools.zip file.
3. Now you need to make the paint programs identify the plugin.

4.a) For Jasc Paint Shop Pro you need to go File / Preferences / File Locations / Plugin Filters and then you need to tell it where the unzipped folder of dxt_tools.zip is, for example C:\dxt_tools\DXT_TOOLS.

b) For Adobe Photoshop put the DDS file located in the DXT_TOOLS folder into the folder where Photoshop was installed called Required, the default is: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Required
