Default America Spy / C.I.A.

What was the C.I.A. icon used for in the Generals Beta? It got me thinking
if it were possible to make an infantry as a spy that can sorta use the GLA
Bomb Truck "Disguise as a vehicle" trick, but this unit can disguise as one
of the enemy infantry. Thus, allowing that unit to wander around in the
enemy camp and act as a radar until detected. Maybe assassinate also?

Has anyone made a mod like this? Would it be hard to do?

I dont see the point unless there are no stealth units in the game. I mean, ok the spy woulden't be noticed for a little bit, but a stealthed unit like col burt is better. plus defenses can still detect the spy. so its almost as useless as the GLA hijacker.

Im 90% sure it cant be done, its not as simple as youd think, the bomb truck uses hard coded logic to create that effect, and unless you wanted to change all infantry to have the VEHICLE kindof and all vehicles to have the INFANTRY kindof, i dont think it would work. Thats if my memory is working however, Im not trying to stop you before you start, it may work perfectly for all I know.

that CIA button it nothing more then the scan the detention center has!

in the beta (andprob in the alpha iam not sure) they used that cia button for the See all enemy units scan.

i have no idea why they changed that!
