Default Building construction animation??

How do I make my new buildings "rise" from the ground when they are constructed?

Do I have to make a new animation for that, or do I just have to fiddle around with the inis?

And I have another problem.

What I basically want to do is a new artillery unit, which hurls boulders at enemies. Now, I have the WeaponA01 launch bone, and its also defined in the inis, but my unit always throws the projectile from its "middle"...
I've also linked the weapona01 to turretel and turretel to turret and a few other objects...

Any help would be great...

Thanks in advance

Mithril

Yes, you have to make an animated model for that. Just Extract a structure model from gen and use the w3d viewer (incl. in RENX), study its animation and you just have to pattern your model from it.

I'm not sure about the artillery, but you can try adjusting the pivot point of weapona01.

No, the buildings raising from the ground is controlled by flags in FactionBuilding.ini

Huh?

My building rises up a bit but not completely, I thought that was the best I could do...

Which flags do you mean, then?
