Default having problems with 3ds to voxel

Im working on a total conversion for RA2 and Im making all the vxls in 3ds max. Now heres the problem. It wont convert my 3ds models to vxl. And yes I did export the model as a .3ds. And if you couldnt tell this really putrs my mod on hold. Ive managed to capture a screenshot of the viewer that pops up for a couple of seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

read the readme file, i think there are some advices about 3ds2vxl there.

Already looked in the read me didnt help one bit. And as far as I know im in the right forum. Case this is were all the 3d modlers are. And Im sure some have used the 3ds2vxl thing.

Yup, I just got it. I emailed vi_pr and were gonna talk a little more about my problem. Cause the new one Im having is I get an entry point error. So I just hope all goes well. cause this is putting my mod on hold.
