Why should he make everyone wait for him to get around to doing it?

If he has an idea share it, this is a goddamn editing forum.Hes always coy with info, and unless you stroke his little ego he wont give anything out.

well I have ideas but I don't want to give htem out if they won't work. whats the point? and theinfantry tutorial was too advanced for most people here so I am making one that uses normal animation, and my idea for the swooping plane is

Make the aircraft normal and tehn make an ATTACK condition so whenever it goes to attack you have an animation which makes the plane swoop, and then it oges back to normal. I doubt it will work though

yes, i thought of the animation thing. should work , the only thing is that it then depends on your ability to animate....

also, you might have problems changing the actual location that the weapons are being fired from this way

if only the attack condition could trigger a change in locomotors

indeed I thought of this to, but since I'm having problems with my own animations, and stuuf that need to allign to it, I also think you'd have great trouble getting this right.
For instance (as already named) the weapon firing positions, and the smoketrails behind the plane. this last one I've been having serious trouble with myself, there's a topic open about it if anybody knows how to do that btw

I don't think that will work. If you make an attack condition, it will look like its swooping the entire way, from the airfield to the attack point. Its how people do the F-14 swing wing, IIRC.
