From what i can see you can only aquire a max of about 7 General Points per skirmish or solo game.. But what file can i edit so that you can aquire them all so you can buy all General Sciences while in game and not having to be stuck with only a couple of bought sciences.
this is for my own benifit so i can buy everything for my general while in a match.

Wtf? Thats got nothing to do with anything.
Either rank.ini or science.ini has what you looking for, a reference to how many points you get per level.
Actually I believe it is relavent because ZH has more spaces for generals abilities and for more quick buttons (whatever there called) at the side of the screen.
if you want more generals points open rank.ini and change the line that allocates the number of points per general level. so far you get 1point for level 1,2,3 and 4 and 3points for level 5

No, hes asking about how to increase the amount of points you earn per generals level, even though what you say is true, it wont help his predicament.
