Default Satelite Hack 2
this upgrade doesnt work verry well ? cuz its only active for an short wile then its effects stop , wtf is up with that ? is it gonna get fixed in a patch?

It works through timers. The reveal time lasts for 20 seconds. After it shuts off it waits an additional 2 minutes 40 seconds before turning back on for 20 seconds. And the cycle continues.

I didn't understad the work Intermittetly, so I looked it up and it all made sense to me... So, wtf is up with that? eh?

Anyway, it means something like that the connection isn't constant, so they can't see everything all the time. Hope that helps..
