Default Two INIZH.Bigs

What's up with their being a INIZH.Big in the Data/INI folder? Do you have to put your INIs in a Big file now that Zero Hour is out or is it the same as Generals? :/

who knows why these guys do anything? looking thru the code i've been amazed at how much unimplemented stuff is in there....to say nothing of the way the inis are coded in the first place....

The ways the ini are coded is purely logical and it makes more sense. At least that is DZ's and my own opinion.

more sense than original zero hours perhaps....but thats about it....stuff is still often very disorganized.

actually, i think my real complaint is with the engine itself....just the fact that it requires seperate normal, night, snow, and nightsnow models for a building.....to say nothing of all that animation stuff involved with construction....i mean i guess its nice to be able to specify those things if you need to....but when every single unit for a faction works the exact same way you think there'd be some way of streamlining this (such as having a process that will make any building look snowy, or lights that turn on and off according to the daytime setting....)

Point Conceded.

Making a building for every situation can take quite some time..

i think he's referring to the fact that there is the INIZH.big in the main ZH directory, and there is also an INIZH.big in the Data\Ini directory.

There's nothing special of the INIZH.BIG in the main DATA\INI directory ! And you can delete them without having problems ! Don't know why EA has put the INIZH.big two times ?

Yeah i noticed that to.

Just delete the one in the date folder and place your own ini's there and it works fine.

In matter in fact you can just delete the whole ini directory in the data file if you want to nothing bad will happen.
