Im not as silly as you might think =P I havent coded gen in a long time but Im pretty certain Ive tried that, and it doesnt work.That just means he wont stray from the master, not that it follows its position exactly.

Wanderrange means that they stay at the same constant distance from the master. Just make sure it is created at 0,0,0 from the master and it will follow perfectly.
has anyone tried the overlordcontian, makeing the drone/shield whatever the contained object, and makeing it larger than the vehicle/container so they take all the damager first? i persontlay think it's got to be easyer than sticking drones to it, or useing battelbus stuff.
Sorry for bring up a year old topic, but I need this answered. WanderRange or even the entire SlavedUpdate module does not work with SpawnBehavior. It does, however, work with OCLCreationUpgrade (though, you need to purchase an upgrade for it to work).
Any other way to get the drone "shield" to follow the base unit?
Try what Chronomaw did, he used an OCL when the unit with the shield died, it left no body, it just created an OCL containing a unit that didn't have the shield effects.
